NG Tuition provides specialised tuition for students from year 7 to year 13, focusing on exam techniques and mental well-being. Our Services include tailored tutoring sessions, exam strategies, and mental well-being support.
3.1 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services or to book Services on behalf of a child or someone under 18. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. Parents or guardians may set up and book Services on behalf of their children or wards who are under 18.
3.2 Account Creation: While our Site does not require account creation, you may need to provide personal information to access certain Services. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to update such information as necessary.

5.2 Payment: Payment for Services is due at the time of booking (excluding initial consultation) unless otherwise agreed. We accept various payment methods as indicated on the Site.

6.1 Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before a scheduled tutoring session to avoid a cancellation fee. Specific cancellation terms may vary and will be communicated at the time of booking.
6.2 Refunds: Refunds are issued at our discretion and are subject to the terms communicated at the time of purchase.
7.1 No Warranty: The Site and Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7.2 Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, NG Tuition shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use of or inability to use the Site or Services; (ii) any unauthorised access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Site; (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Site by any third party; (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Site; and/or (vi) the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NG Tuition and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) arising from (i) your use of and access to the Site and Services; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms; or (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United Kingdom.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
